Our rider will deliver the new pair of shoes on the same time will pick up the old one from your doorstep. The exchange process take 4 to 5 working days after the date of request by customer.(rider will charge Rs.200/- in case of exchange)
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused. We ship quickly and give size swaps if necessary. Our rider will come to exchange the shoes at your doorstep, making the process convenient for you. You do not need to send the shoes to us through courier.
  • We provide delivery services throughout Pakistan.
  • To further facilitate our customers, delivery is free.
  • We take extra precautionary measures to guarantee proper and secure parcel packaging with high quality shoe box, ensuring that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition.
  • Our brand packaging adds an extra touch of elegance to your purchase.
  • We aim to dispatch parcels quickly. Orders are shipped the very next day of order.
  • Delivery time may vary based on your location. If you're in Karachi, you can expect your delivery within 1-2 working days. If you're outside of Karachi, it will take 3-4 working days.
  • We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will return your money. Refunds are done using Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer, with a 4 to 5 working day turnaround time.
