Order Cancellation Policy
- All orders placed on BlackBeiger website will receive an OTP on mobile / IVR call to confirm the order.
- Orders will be cancelled automatically within 48 working hours if order is not confirmed.
- Order received with wrong address or contact numbers are cancelled as soon as received.
- Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled
- If a customer refused to take delivery each time, even after placing the order such customer orders are cancelled automatically.
- Customers who return orders after confirmation again and again, their orders will not be accepted.
